Refund and Cancellation for Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited
If you have made an unsuccessful attempt to make a bill payment but amount has been debited from your account, you have the
following options for a promt resolution of your issue
1) Contact MSPDCL Customer Care Center through mobile/Whatsapp @7640081232/7640081238
2) Contact your nearest MSPDCL sub division office or
3) Contact IT Cell, MSPDCL Corporate office for settlement.
Please note your transaction reference number for quick resolution.
For pre-paid payments where consumer did not receive their voucher codes but amount has been debited from bank account, kindly reach out to our division office or IT Cell Corporate office within a period of 15 days from the day of transaction. MSPDCL will not entertain any complaints received after 15 days from the date of transaction unless a case of natural calamity or chaos in the state is acknowledged. For cases where you would prefer a refund instead, please email the following details to firstname.lastname@example.org
1) Connection id if you are a prepaid consumer/ Consumer id if you are a post-paid consumer
2) Payment date
3) Reason for refund
*Refund process typically takes 7-10 days to process depending on your bank.
Please note that for pre-paid recharge, voucher codes once generated cannot be cancelled or refunded for.
